Wellhead Station
A Wellhead Station can be retrofitted to current gas well field or be implemented for the ground up.
This Product features both Landfill Gas Production and Leachate Collection / Reinjection capabilities.
For Landfill Gas Production, a Wellhead Station can be equipped with one to four Multiphase Separators for separating Gas-Leachate-Solids withing the biogas.
For leachate management, a Leachate Collection / Reinjection System can be incorporated to the Wellhead Station.
How It Works
Connect horizontal gas collectors and/or vertical well headers to Multiphase Separators.
Define Biogas Feedstock quality requirements by setting CH4 and O2 Set Points.
Define leachate reinjection parameters: Flowrate, Duration, Intervals, etc.
For Landfill Gas Production, Sysgaz’s Control Center will perform the monitoring and control of the gas production according to CH4 and O2 Set Points.
For leachate reinjection, Sysgaz’s Control Center will also perform the monitoring and control of the leachate reinjection according to required parameters.
